REPULSIVE AND TERRIFYING - Nick Cutter's nifty new horror fiction - For Your Leisure

Repulsion Compulsion Book 2 by Perrin Briar. In the world after The Outbreak, humanity is a divided race. One part animated corpse, infected with the virus, the Undead; one part predator, roaming bands of violent Raiders; and those who remain, living in constant vigilance against the other two factions. Siren speeds down the empty highways of post-apocalyptic Texas on a motorcycle, as fast as she can, all alone. But In the world after The Outbreak, humanity is a divided race. But when two men from her past catch up to her, she is forced to join them on a quest for a place to start a new society for humanity, with a new way of dealing with the Undead.

As the three hit the road, the future looks murky.

Awesome book two!! This book continues to tell the story of Siren, the girl who has the ability to use compulsion, to sway other humans to do what she wants, and the boy Quinn, her current nemesis, who has the same power but over the Grayskins, which are basically zombies, flesh eating living dead.

There are also the Raiders, leather wearing, motorcycle riding gang of miscreants who rape, pillage, and plunder everywhere they go. I absolutely was sucked in from the beginning and this book was great Awesome book two!! I absolutely was sucked in from the beginning and this book was great from cover to ending.

There is even a bonus story Blood Memory at the end which was super exciting plan to leave a separate review for that!

Thank you for blessing us with your stories!! May 05, Disney rated it it was amazing. Great book 2 in the series. I generally do not read zombie, lurchers, undead or whatever you want to call them. This series is wonderfully written. Took me a while to get the concept that it was a Kutcher book.

Yes I can be slow at times. The point is that I was drawn into the book and wanted to see if my guess about Siren was correct. It was. Really I do recommend this series to anyone even if like me not a Kutcher fan. The writing style is intense. Can't put the book down and you are looking f Great book 2 in the series. Can't put the book down and you are looking forward to more.

Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas by Hunter S. Thompson (Book Review)

Perrin Briar is one of the best, for dystopian novels, in my opinion. My interest is held from the first page to the last. Then the next book in a series picks right back up, and terrifies me. Waiting with baited breath for 3. Apr 09, Margaret Osburn rated it it was amazing. Great continuation of a exciting zombie story. This second part like the first part grabbed you and sucked you in right away.

I couldn't put it down until I finished reading it. What a great read! I received an ARC and this is my voluntary honest review. Apr 13, Jackie rated it it was amazing. An awesome book two about Siren.

The Aesthetics of Fear

She can use compulsion to make people do what she wants. Outstanding, gripping book. Definitely need another one. Apr 06, Tiggyleee rated it it was amazing. It was equally as good. It centers around zombies and one woman's chance to avoid them. It is a five star for zombie tale lovers. This was an AR copy. Apr 08, Glenda rated it it was amazing Shelves: zombies , reviewed.

Loved it!

‘The Lurking Fear’

Grabbed me from the first chapter and I could not put it down. I can't wait to see what's next for Siren and how she will survive.

Apr 11, Bill Barry rated it it was amazing. This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers. To view it, click here. This is a good book in which follows Siren in her quest for the utopian community that her and her brother Wyvern were looking for in the previous book, Compulsion. It follows her in her struggle to survive among the two groups that are in competition, the Raiders and the Grayskins undead. It is an interesting book that i enjoyed and has its plot twists and unexpected outcomes at every turn of the story that makes the reader not want to put the book down.
